The Verification Process
Verified Network Members have the ability to share and manage your applicable qualification documents to Member General Contractors while we we Verify* your data to help you stand out amongst your competitors. Documents for submission include:
• W9
• Proof of insurance via an Insurance Certificate for GL, Auto, Umbrella, Workers' Comp. and other coverages if applicable
• Surety "Good Guy" Letters
• Work in Progress "WIP" Schedule
• OSHA 300A Logs
• 3 Year Experience Modification Ratings letter provided by your WC provider or state issued docuements
• Copies of applicable Contractor and Trade License*
• Minority/Disadvantage Certifications
In addition, each Verified Network Member has included in their Network Membership a semi-annual Experian™ Business Profile Report** added to your qualification file. This report is provided as a benefit to you so you will always know what public data and payment history is being reported on your business.
The 'Select' Tier is where things really heat up and offer tremendous value. In addition to everything that Profile members get, Select Network users also receive priority positioning in GC address books, their prequal completed for Pantera GC's, and the option to export and share their form with any GC.
